Summer Activities for Students

Jarrell ISD is proud to partner with local organizations to provide information about activities for students during the months of June and July. Learn more

As class groups cannot be photographed in a traditional manner this year, we have created a grade level composite for purchase.  Please click on the link below and enter your email address to view the sample.  The composites are created with student FALL pictures to maintain consistency.  We are excited to be able to provide students with a keepsake of their friends for 2020-2021 school year. Deadline to order is 04/26/2021

To purchase student pictures please allow 2 weeks for Photo Texas to upload all Igo student pictures. Follow the web link listed down below:

Setting Up Your Child's Grade and Lunch Account

Please follow the steps below to set-up your student’s portal account to access grades, etc.:
1. Go to www.jarrellisd.org
2. Click on the parent & student tab.
3. From the parent & student drop down tab click on Ascender Parent Portal, formerly known as "TxConnect Parent Portal".
4. Login or create a new account under a new user. The parent's/guardian's email must be in the system to access your student's information, report cards, etc.
5. Once it is set up, please keep your login info. and your student's portal id in a safe place so you can login in the future. There is no need to re-setup your access every year. The portal id remains the same until your student graduates.

Please follow the steps below to set up your student’s cafeteria account to either see their daily purchases or to add money to their account:
1. Go to schoolcafe.com.
2. If this is your first time setting up your student’s account you will need to select Texas and enter Jarrell ISD.
3. You will need your student’s ID number, which is different from the Parent Portal ID. Then click the blue tab that says, “Go to my District”, below is the screen that will pop up.
